Festival named for the god Robigus, who as the personification of agricultural disease could also prevent it. Its main ritual was a dog sacrifice to protect grain fields from diseases such as wheat rust, a fungal disease that has a reddish/reddish brown color. The color red is thematic: the disease was red, the requisite puppies (or sometimes bitches) had a red coat.

As a quick answer I would say, no. Although the Romans employed leaf mask imagery across a variety of Gods, ranging from Dionysus to Neptune, the Green Man as God or demiurge is separate from Robegus or any other Roman diety.
